When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1pm EST, will ship out in 2-3 business days. Orders received after 1pm EST, on weekends or Holidays will be shipped out in 3-4 business days. For International orders & orders outside the continental United States ship in 3-4 business days and could take 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! When checking out just click on the international link to fill in your country, province and zip to let us know where to send your package.
What is your policy on preordered items?
The date listed on the preordered item is the expected ship date and could change without notice. If you purchased one or more preordered item in a single order, including the same item in different styles and/or sizes, they will all ship together upon arrival. In-stock items will ship immediately & are available for expedited shipping.
Can I use more than one coupon on my order?
No, sorry! Our system only accepts the last coupon entered. For discount codes that require a minimum purchase amount, your order total has to be above that amount before tax and shipping. Also, please note that we do not offer additional discounts on sale, special, or preordered merchandise and that we do not allow combined use of discount codes.
Can I return or exchange an item?
If you wish to return your purchase it must be mailed within 30 days of your order arrival date. Returns mailed after 30 days of order arrival are issued a store credit. Please include all original packaging with your return. Sale items are issued an exchange or store credit. Shipping on returned merchandise is at the shippers expense. Exchange requests can be made for an item with the same or lesser value and will be fulfilled according to availability.
In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt. If you need a new one, just print out the paypal receipt that was emailed to you.

For your protection, we recommend shipping via insured/certified mail or UPS/FedEx Ground service, so you have a record of the return. If returned goods are not in the same condition in which they arrived a fee of 15% will be deducted from your return. MokuyobiThreads.com is not responsible for shipping costs for returns, exchanges and/or edited orders.

Yahoo! and Hotmail frequently block Mokuyobi Threads messages as spam, so many of our customers that have addresses with them don't receive our messages at all.
